We know that coming to the dentist is not always high on the fun things to do list. At Marion Family Dental we try to make your visit as pleasant and stress free as possible. The 2 things you won’t hear us say are “You should have come sooner and “Why did you wait so long.”
The hardest part of any treatment is taking the first step and making an appointment, so pick up the phone and see what we can do to keep you smiling.
This is what you can expect if you choose to call our office:
1. We will ask you what days and time are most convenient for you and try our best to accommodate your schedule.
2. We will ask you for information on your insurance card so you may provide us with needed information, and help us verify your eligibility.
3. Before scheduling we will ask what treatment you are interested in so we can inform you as to the length of appointment time needed, and what the treatment may involve.
4. If you are calling with a dental emergency, we will try to
give you prompt attention with same day service to alleviate your discomfort, or offer you our next open appointment time.
We realize that patients don’t like surprises on their bills so we will try our best to give you as accurate an estimate on your treatment plan as possible so you will know what your out of pocket expenses will be.
To make your appointment time more productive, you may download our information and health forms, fill them out at your convenience, and bring them with you to your appointment.
